Windows Server update Services not starting up on windows SBS server 2011

Hi,

I have windows SBS server 2011.

MS Exchange had stopped retrieving mail due to not enough space on the C drive even though the database is on the D drive. Anyway I decided to move the WSUS database over using the wizard on the SBS console.

All seemed to go OK but then i noticed that WSUS was not loading up when I went to load the WSUS admin console.

I tried to resolve but couldn't so i decided to try and reinstall it. I download the WSUS 3.0 SP2 from the microsoft site and I tried reinstalling initially without removing the database and log files but it still wouldn't work. I then tried again and tried to create a  new database but it still inst working.

Now when I check the event logs I am getting all sorts of errors.

event ID 12052 - The DSS Authentication Web Service is not working.

event ID 12042 - The SimpleAuth Web Service is not working

event id 12022 - The Client Web Service is not working.

event id 12032 - The Server Synchronization Web Service is not working.

event id 12012 - The API Remoting Web Service is not working.

event id 12002 - The Reporting Web Service is not working.

event id 13042 - Self-update is not working.

every event has the following keyword in the event log Ox8000000000000

Also getting the following errrors on the application log

event id 2268, IIS-W3SVC-WP - Could not load all ISAPI filters for site 'WSUS ADMINISTRATION'.  Therefore site startup aborted.

and also

event id 2274,IIS-W3SVC-WP - ISAPI Filter 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\\aspnet_filter.dll' could not be loaded due to a configuration problem. The current configuration only supports loading images built for a AMD64 processor architecture. The data field contains the error number. Seems to have also affected another third party web based application running on the server.

OWA and company web seem to be OK.

Any help would be appreciated.

thanks
