Hi there I have SBS 2011 and it happened now several times that our SBS Exchange 2010 didn't receive some emails. We have a provider (he is hosting our DNS) and in their DNS we created two MX records for SBS and ISP exchange. Our exchange has priority. So every email is routed to our SBS but every now and then instead of delivering to our exchange, email ends up on ISPs Exchange. Can you tell me how can I look up what happened that day, if the server was busy, unresponsive .... I would appreciate if somebody can elaborate me why is this happening, I just don't understand why just one. If server is offline then several emails should be there not just one per month or 3...
I checked also the domain name for email that arrived to ISP is not hosted by them, that means that it is not about internal routing.
Thanks
