SBS 2011 and TFS 2012

Hi I have SBS 2011 and I recently installed Server 2012 with TFS, SQL and even SharePoint 2013. I created some dummy Project and everything is working fine. I would like to, if possible, use existing SharePoint from SBS and Access remotely over remote.domain.com to tfs. Is this possible or not ? SBS is on virtual machine, and Server 2012 is hw machine.
