SBS 2008 HANGS EVERY NIGHT AT ABOUT 10.30 PM

Hi

I have an SBS 2008 running as DC and MsEXchange 2007. The server is DHCP Server and a few more basic roles.

Last whole week, the server locks out at about 10.30PM every night and the only way to resolve this is Hard Boot the machine. After the boot the server works fine for the whole day and comes back to the same issue at night.

The server is protected with TM Worry Free Advance. I have disabled windows backup and all scheduled tasks.

Any help will be appreciated.
