SBS 2008 resizing boot partition.

I have a client that has a Dell PowerEdge T310.  Using the Dell Perc 6i
raid controller.  The system has three drives in raid 5 configuration.
My problem is the system was setup with a 60 GB C: partition, a D: 867
GB partion and a 3 GB E: Recovery partition.

The c: drive is down to about 7 GB of free space.  The D: partition has
about 400 GB free of the 867 allocated.  All partitions have been fully
allocated so there is no dead space on any partition.  Any advice on
which Hard Disk Partition software would work best with this setup.  My
fear is that if I take space from d: and allocate it to c: using one of
these partition programs that it could create a problem where I can't
boot the server after the change.

Thanks for any advice....
