How to integrate TSPortalWebPart and Sharepoint

Hi I have SBS 2011 and I followed this ( http://ecsnetworksolutions.wordpress.com/2009/02/27/using-small-business-server-2008-companyweb-with-ts-web-access/ )  article in order to configure sharepoint to shows and enables RemoteApp use. But this article is for 2008 and there are some differences.

As a result TSPortalWebPart is not listed in WebParts in sharepoint, that could mean that I made a mistake which web.config to edit

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories - in this directory I have two folders 

1. Port number 45678

2. Companyweb80

I entered the same safecontrol in both web.config but it is still not listed under webparts so I am not able to add it to the website. 

Any suggestion is appreciated.
