SPAM Getting Through on Exchange 2010 SBS Server

I have a server that is running SBS 2011 with Exchange 2010. I have Forefront Protection 2010 for Exchange Server running on it and it has kept SPAM to about zero for a year or better. Within the last week I'm getting SPAM that should be caught.
