Problem sending welcome email

Hi,

We have installed fresh new server with Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2011 standard.

The problem is when creating new user account, it says warning:

Unable to send welcome email with Exchange Web Services.  Please consult your log file for further details.

Looking more details in problem log file: C:\Program Files\Windows Small Business Server\Logs\adduser.log

There is part:

[8088] 120108.214815.3014: Messaging: Executed management shell command: get-mailbox -Identity "mydomain.com\mynewuser"

[8088] 120108.214815.3327: Messaging: End Microsoft.WindowsServerSolutions.Messaging.Management.MessagingRunspace.StaticExecute

[8088] 120108.214815.3327: Messaging: Initialize ExchangeServiceBinding

[8088] 120108.214815.3327: Messaging: Set web service url from  to https://Sites/EWS/Exchange.asmx

[8088] 120108.214815.3327: Messaging: Web service url has been set to https://sites/EWS/Exchange.asmx

[8088] 120108.214818.1921: Messaging: CreateBaseMessage with Exchange Service Binding url [https://sites/EWS/Exchange.asmx]

[8088] 120108.214839.3012: Messaging: Failed to submit email via Exchange Web Services

So, I understand that it uses  https://sites/EWS/Exchange.asmx witch should not be in use.

We have local AD DNS domain name same as public - https://remote.mydomain.com , with valid SSL certificate, also OWA, ECP, Autodiscover, Outlook anywhere etc, normally works.

We have removed SharePoint Foundation 2010 from server since we do not need it, also deleted DNS record: sites.mydomain.com since it is not in use and we do not want it.

Also, looking at exchange EWS configuration using powershell there is only one EWS site with correct internal and external URL:

InternalNLBBypassUrl            : https://myserver.mydomain.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx
InternalUrl                     : https://remote.mydomain.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx
ExternalUrl                     : https://remote.mydomain.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx
So, question is, how SBS server determines EWS URL and how to change SBS configuration to point to correct address as above.
Thank you,
Kind regards
