We are having a problem when any user is working within Outlook (either 2007 or 2010) they will randomly get a certificate warning that says the name doesn't match and that it's not trusted. The problem is that the details show it's the certificate for the Cisco router (192.168.254.1), not the Exchange server (192.168.254.10). Why would the clients be trying to connect to Exchange through the router rather than the Exchange server? I've checked DNS and there don't appear to be any records that point to the Cisco router on our network.
