SharePoint Foundation error 6398

Hi

Our client has new SBS 2011 Std SP1 server that keeps rebooting itself. I believe this issue is with hardware, however I want to rule out the following errors as a possible cause for these unexpected reboots.

Event 6398, SharePoint Foundation
The Execute method of job definition Microsoft.SharePoint.Search.Administration.SPSearchJobDefinition (ID 95337d1a-31cb-4c5c-944d-44b5c66203a5) threw an exception. More information is included below.

Event 70, SharePoint Foundation Search
The mount operation for the gatherer application 12d83e22-eeaa-4d00-b1d9-22e66f30ce9b has failed because the schema version of the search administration database is less than the minimum backwards compatibility schema version supported for this gatherer application. The database might not have been upgraded.

Are these errors of a concern? Could they be causing the server to be restarting?

I have tried the following two articles, but the event logs continue:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2483007

Thanks!
