Active Sync issues - SBS2008

Hello,

I'm experiencing issues with mobile devices connecting to the exchange. Sometimes we get the message on the phones that they're not able to connect to the server, the other times the phones connect but the inboxes are not being updated on the phones and the sending of messages is unavailable.

I guess first I'd like to find out if there's a specific service within all MS Exchange services that is directly responsible for Active Sync so I could restart it and see if the issue goes away?

I have also purchased and installed SSL certificate from GoDaddy back in April, I've installed it properly so that RWW is operating and didn't realize for a month or so after that I have to install it on Exchange as well, so I did that. Ever since then I have random instances when the mobile devices are unable to connect. In most cases the connection issues go away when I reboot this box, but this is sort of becoming to be a pain, especially if the reboot is required during normal business hours.

Any troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!
