When I highlight 'SERVER' (the name of my server) in the WSUS 3.0 console tree and look at the 'To Do' panel on the right, I've got some stuff that ain't right. First of all, it's saying that one of the computers is missing an update, but if I bring up the report I get no useful information about what exactly is missing. If I run Windows Update on the PC it finds nothing. How do I find out what update is needed on that PC and get it installed? (I already ran the Cleanup Wiz to make sure things are current in the reports).
Also under 'To Do', I'm seeing that there are 1771 security updates waiting to be approved and 383 critical updates waiting to be approved. I use the 'All Updates' branch for doing approvals and have it set to Approval: unapproved and Status: needed. So am I missing some important stuff by doing it that way, or, if not, is there a way to get the 'To Do' to be 'Ta Done' so I don't feel like I'm missing important stuff? Or should I just ignore the 'To Do' and get over it?
TIA
