Exchange Server 2010 and Outlook POP3

I have a classroom setup with 15 Outlook 2010 machines connected Exchange Server 2010.  This connection is for internal use only.   We do not host mail on this server, but we do have external email addresses for the classroom with Rogers.  For example, xxx at rogers.com.  I have setup each Outlook client with a profile that contain both Exchange Server and a POP3 account for Rogers.   When a students wants to send an email outside the classroom, he must change the message FROM to the Rogers account.  If he forgots to do this, then the email is sent with the Exchange Server account and of course does not send outside the classroom.

Is there a way I can set up this Rogers pop/smtp on the Exchange Server so that I have ONE account on each Outlook client for both Exchange server internal and Rogers external email?  That way the student can just send an email without having to worry about choosing the right account to send from.

I have searched for this answer, but all I can find is information that applies when you host your own mail, which we don't.

Any help would be appreciated.
