How to acces my server from internet throgh static IP address or how to create a global acces link of my server throgh static IP

Hi

I need your help about my below question
We are changing our blackberry Server to our notes traveler server therefore we required to create a global link through which we can access our server from internet
We have two Lan card installed in our server one lan has configured with static IP (given by our ISP) another LAN we used for our local network. We have windows 2003 r2 installed in our server. So please tell us what services needs to be enable to access it globally or is there any setting we need to do in our Cisco router 1841. I Want to create the link like--->(Through Static IP given by our ISP ) https://125.19.xx.xx/servlet/traveler  or by host name https://server/servlet/traveler (I did not put .com because this server not under domain)

Pl's help me it is very urgent for me.
