I recently migrated from SBS 2003 to SBS 2011 SP1 (Std). Users mailboxes were migrated from SBS2003 via ExMerge and imported via Exchange Shell command. All mailboxes were imported successfully.
There is a user mailbox (info) which 3 other users need access to and require send as rights.
I gave these 3 users Full permissions to the info mailbox and also Send As permission (done via Exchange GUI), however send as permissions keeps dropping off after a short while (please note I havent timed this).
I have also removed the Full Permissions but the results is the same for Send As - keeps dropping off.
I have via Outlook set mailbox permission (even given owner rights) but this has not resolved issue either.
