Small Business 2011 T1 Static Want to Add second connection

I have a Small Business Server 2011 with a SonicWall TZ215 connected to a T1 with a Static IP. Everything working great. I set the SonicWall up to load balance , adding my Verizon FIOS, my internet connection kicks butt now, but my email is getting delayed. 

Help.
