I got handled a old dell server running SBS 2011 for a small business client site that is doing a move and tasked with prepping it up and making sure that AD/DHCP/DNS and everything is running and then updating the list of users and computers to be more
up to date etc
But I noticed in Active Directory Users and Computers that the entire MyBusiness OU is gone and missing. Instead, users are just placed in the Users group and then even when I tried to use the Small Business Server 2011 "Wizard" to create a new user, (thinking it would create the MyBusiness OU, etc) nothing happens and a new user is placed right under the default users group, next to Domain Admin, Exchange Admin, and all that other stuff.
So far I tested and new pc can join domain, get dhcp ip, dns is working, and can login as newly created user... but why is the MyBusiness OU gone?
Everywhere else I've worked whenever there is SBS there is that OU.
