We have a line manager who currently has a user account with a tied email account. This user will take over another user account which of course has a different email account. There are also to subordinate staff who will have a shared user account with it's own email account.
What configuration is best to allow the manager access (or view of) both main email accounts (possibly from either of her accounts) and also control over the subordinate staff account emails? Outlook 2007/2010 (and OWA but not used here currently) is available. emails are POP3 from the ISP. Staff tend to share their logons as this is a charity and part-time work is in place.
