Exchange email doesn't work in outlook but it works in OWA and smartphone

I went through similar question in forum but non of them worked for me.

I have the same problem in exchange. It does work with OWA and Iphone but it doesn't work with outlook. It does not verify server. It happens in both SBS 2003 and SBS 2008
