One my customers has a SBS2011 and terminal server 2008. Their exchange 2010 has 8 users and all of them working with no problem. One user randomly receive Exchange server unavailable message when he want to open his 2007 outlook but at the same time he can receive his emails on his mobile phone. SBS is fully updated and the email account setting is the same for everyone.
