Large WSUS Database

Hello All

We have a client with SBS 2008 and the SUSDB.MDF for WSUS is over 15 GB. WSUS content folder is empty

Have done all routine cleanups including declining superseded updates and WSUS cleanup.

Is there any other way to get the SUSDB database size down because this is located on the C drive and C drive is only 60GB in size.
