Is it safe to lower IE security level to Medium - SBS 2011 ?

Quickbooks asks me to lower the security level for the "Internet" zone in IE from High w/ Protected mode to Medium.

Is it a good idea in an SBS 2011 environment (running NPS for port authentication).
