domain admin accounts disabled

Windows SBS 2008.  Business owner had falling out with previous IT support person, so called me. I can’t get into the server. Seems that all domain admin accounts have been deleted, and the domain administrator account is of course, disabled by default.  Called the old guy, and he hung up on me once he realized who the server belonged to. So I don’t expect any help there.

I can boot into DSRM and log in as local administrator with no problem. I tried using the srvany.exe tool and followed the instructions. But apparently, that’s for resetting a forgotten domain administrator's password. It doesn’t enable a disabled domain administrator account.

No other accounts will log onto the server – not even standard domain user accounts. Since I can get into the server computer in Directory Services Restore Mode, is there a way to enable the domain administrator’s account from there?

I tried “net user administrator /active:yes” but apparently that doesn’t work for the domain account from the DSRM.
