Setup Exchange 2010 Autodiscover with dynamic IP

Hi

I am new to this.
We have SBS 2011 running Exchange 2010.
We have two domains company.com and mydomain.com
Company.com is hosted at an ISP provider which hosts our web-site and mail. We use web-connecter to fetch our mails, and send mails via our Exchange server.
Mydomain.com is registered with DYN (DYN Standard DNS) and I am using dyn client on my server.
I have created a cname: remote.company.com to point to mydomain.com
I have a UC certificate with SANs: (CN)remote.company.com, autodiscover.company.com, mydomain.com and internal server name.
Cert is installed and works perfect for outlook anywhere, but clients need to be configured manually. OWA works via remote.company.com/owa

Question: How can I get autodiscover to work when my server is running a dynamic ip with DYN? (ISP only allows A, Cname and text records, not SRV)

As far as I can see - outlook is searching for autodiscover.company.com and I don't know how to redirect this to our internal server.

Thanks in advance!
