SBS2011 Folder Redirection Failing - Only Certain Workstations

SBS2011 with Windows 7 Pro clients

I recently set up a new SBS2011 server/network.  This was fresh with no upgrade.  The Windows 7 workstations were unjoined from the old domain and joined to the new domain.  The new domain name is new but the SBS2011 server name is the same (Old - me.local with meserver, New - meinc.local with meserver).  The user accounts on the new domain were created fresh but using the same usernames as the old domain.

Now I have a user logging into their Win 7 Pro workstation and the folder redirection for MyDocuments and Desktop are failing with Access denied.  I verified all of the permissions and used the wizard on the SBS to create everything.  I then verified the permissions on the share and folders (to another SBS server side-by-side) and all looks good.  Here' where it gets more weird.  If I take this user and log them in on another Win 7 Pro client on the network the redirected works!  That tells me it's not the server nor the permissions on the folders on the server.  There is something IN THEIR WORKSTATION.  I even created a brand new test user (who was never on the old domain) and it too will not get redirected folders to work.  Is something cached concerning the server name since it's the same as the servername in the old domain (even though domain names are different)?  Short of re-imaging this workstation I give up.  I have researched everthing I can find via google and alot of people reporting access denied issues but not pertain to my situation.

Any thoughts?
