I have set-up a Windows Server Backup to a shared folder on an external USB drive. When I attempt to run the backup it fails after a few minutes with the error:
The backup operation that started at '2013-05-29T13:55:51.824040200Z' has failed with following error code '0x8078015B' (Windows Backup encountered an error when accessing the remote shared folder. Please retry the operation after making sure that the remote shared folder is available and accessible.). Please review the event details for a solution, and then rerun the backup operation once the issue is resolved.
I have verified that account I am using for the backup has full access to the remote shared folder. I have also tried deleting and recreating the share. All my attempts at researching that error code have not yielded any results that have worked. Any assitance anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated,
