Restore Companyweb on a SBS2K8 (Sharepoint 3.0)

Hi

case:

One user has deleted one page on Companyweb and I need to get this page back

System:

SBS2K8 as a virtuel server on a HyperV with Windows 2008 and BackupExec

I have a backup of Companyweb (ShareWebDB) on a tape created with backupexec

I have googled "restore Companyweb on a SBS2K8" and have found a lot of articles, but now I am more confused.

Can you give a list of HOW TO DO IT ? :-)

Do I need to restore the whole database ? Do I need to detach the database before restore ?

A hint would be nice
