SBS2011 migration with 2003 terminal server

I am about to migrate a SBS2003 SBS box to SBS2011.  I also have a Server 2003 terminal server with the TS licencing service installed on the SBS2003 box.  I want to keep the terminal server as-is for now (will migrate it in a year or so) but I will need to move the TS licencing service.

My preference would be to move the TS licencing service to the terminal server itself.  Not sure this is allowed, is it?

Alternatively I could move it to the SBS2011 box but I wasn't sure if it would be run the service or if it was compatible.
