One of my users is missing some emails that should be received. So I tracked the missing emails using Message Tracker. I found them.

When I double click an email record. It lists recipient status as Junk E-mail

So I check my users outlook and they don't have a Junk E-mail folder. I've checked and junk email is enabled from their outlook, but no folder. All of my other users have a Junk E-mail folder. I was able to create a folder called "Junk E-mail" on the same level with no problem, so I don't think it's hidden. Any ideas what to check next? How do I bring back the real Junk E-mail folder? Thanks!
