Hi,
Just rebuilt my SBS 2011 and am patching it up. SBSMonAcct@domain.xxx stopped e-mailing the scheduled reports to the Administrator from today morning. There is no relevant error message that I can find in the logs.
The same issue happened with the previous build. However in that case it did not happen after the installation of Symantec Endpoint. Observations from both the scenarios are:
- Reports are generated
- If a fresh report is requested then it is being e-mailed
- Scheduled reports are not being e-mailed at their respective time
For information Symantec Endpoint for Small Business was installed after applying the Service Pack to the SharePoint. Test mail was not being sent. From the article http://msgroups.net/microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs/reports-not-emailing/13803, "On the Permission Groups tab, make sure "Exchange users", "Exchange servers", "Legacy Exchange Servers" are selected". However "Annonymous Users" had to be checked for mails to be sent from the SEP. This started givinig Event ID 2307 "IIS-W3SVC-WP" error. After removing the check mark from the "Annonymous Users", this error stopped being generated.
Any suggestions how this issue can be resolved?
Thanking you in anticipation.
