sbs 2003 to 2011 migration - sharepoint problem

hi

i'm running the sbs 2011 Migration Preparation Tool on sbs 2003

on the scan source server for problems phaze

only 1 warning remains, and i can't fix it.

it's says: "'windows sharepoint services is 2.0 SP3 or later is not installed"

the problem is that the server is installed with all latest updates

when i try to run sp3 update it's says the the update already installed

i run the BPA 2003 on the server and there it gives me error about

"windows sharepoint services 2.0 RTM version installed"

when i look at ADD\REMOVE programs

sharepoint version is 11.0.8173.0 (sp3)

any idea how to fix it ?
