error on sbs 2011

I am getting these errors on my SBS servers.

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID 
{61738644-F196-11D0-9953-00C04FD919C1}
 and APPID 
{61738644-F196-11D0-9953-00C0FD919C1}
 to the user OBH\spfarm (S-1-5-21-246519214-2009348791-1499812040-1157) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Could you help me to fix it. I tried to add the user to the dcom config, but it did not allow me.
