SBS 2011 High CPu utilization

Hi Everyone,

Having this issue for a few days and have not found much left on the internet. Any help is appreciated. CLient SBS server CPU is maxed out at 100% for a long period of time, then will drop to between 60-80% for a while then sky rocket back to 100%.

I disabled av to see if it was a scan

No one process is using  an extreme amount of the cpu
