I hit an error when trying to migrate IIS6 to IIS7 when trying to sync:

The server is loggon with domain/Administrator. I had a look the c:\windows folder properties, Administrator does not have any permission and I am not able to select permissions, the check boxes are disabled.
Could someone please help.
