I manage a network of 15 PC's connected to an SBS 2011 Standard server. I've just added another 6 PC's all with identical software. All work OK and can access the fileserver and internet with no problems. One of them however, always shows up
on the SBS management console, 'Network' section, as being 'offline'. I've removed it from the network and re-run the 'Connect' program several times, but it still shows up as 'offline', even though it's working perfectly. This means that I can't get in to
it remotely to manage it. It's domain settings are the same as all the others. How does SBS detect when a PC is 'online'? Is it something on SBS, or should I be looking at the PC itself, and if so at what. I'd be grateful for any ideas. It's not a huge problem,
just annoying as all the other identical PC's are fine.
