I have a client that was using SBS 2003 migrated to Office 365. Since then, they are facing issue of the user provisioning because their accounting and phone system software are communicating to the SBS and SBS didn't update the cloud about the new user account. Seeking for advice urgently and appreciate for your input. Thanks.
