SBS2003 to SBS2011 Migration, User was hidden from Global Address List, can't unhide him.

One of my users works from home exclusively.  He was hidden on the sbs2003 global address list.

After the migration I am unable to set up this user account because the account is hidden.  I go to Exchange management console in SBS2011, Click on Recipient Configuration, then the user mailbox, right click it, under General tab the "hide from Exchange address list." is empty.  I tried hiding, and unhiding it but this user still can't set up their mail box.  Gives an error that the address cannot be found.

Where else can I look to remove the hidden attribute that the sbs2003 box gave it?

I check his account in active directory users and computers, nothing there that looked to hide it.

I'm writing this away from the servers, so the exact error messages aren't available to me, I will post them later if nobody is sure what I'm referring to.

Thanks,
Eric
