SBS 2011 BPA Will Not Run Error

Whenever I try to run the BPA I receive the error: Microsoft Baseline Configuration Analyzer was not able to obtain the results or data successfully error ID WSSGBPA.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times without success.

Last night I ran Microsoft updates and received this error in the BPA'log

Microsoft.WindowsServerSolutions.BPA.Common.BPAException: Health scan: Invoke-MBCAModel failed!
