Hi All,
I have a new install of SBS 2011 with Exchange 2010 running on it for about 2 months now. I was shocked to find out that SBS Users could easily pull up other SBS Users' Calendars on the Network via Outlook "Open Other User's Folders" feature. Was this setting put in by SBS 2011 by default? I checked everyone's Calendar permission settings, however, no one is sharing calendars with anyone. I also checked the Exchange Management Console to see if SBS Users have full permission access to each other's folders, but there no settings we specifically put in place to allow this. Yet SBS Users can freely open each other's Calendars. Not good.
Is there a fix for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Ringo
