We are having issues with bandwidth/internet performance.
When doing an internet speed test it seems fine, however when users browse online they often have to refresh the page multiple times.
I ran an ip scan and every ip address from .1 to .254 are being taken up, we have 10 devices at most on our network.
I've used this scanner, Advanced IP Scanner, on other networks and it only listed known devices, however on the problem network I see the devices I know of but all the other have no identification other than IP.
Thoughts anyone?
