sbs2011 exchange memory hog

Hi

I have quite a server Dell T620 - 2x Quad core Xeon CPUs and 32GB ram - 2x600GB SAS 15K RAID 1 and 2x 1TB SATA 10k RAID1

The user data is on the SATA drives as is the WSUS (so data)

The ExchangeDB is on the SAS

I have noticed that my memory usage goes upto 93% used primarily by Store.exe - However the server is generally running fine as a whole.

The company has upto 20 users with maybe only 10 logged on at any one time

(The server purchase is for future usage when they go cloud in a few years time -when BT do inifinity upgrade here)

Now I restarted the Exchange Store to cascade some mailbox resizes - while there are only 20 users 5 of them have mailboxes of size over 7GB

Now I know as I have 32GB it should get good use - however I have also read if Exchange was limited other things might excel more.

I am looking for advice on the best compromise. If this is ok to leave as is I will. However if there is advice that it might be best to limit Exchange as per a 24 GB machine and ensure that other services get full access to the other 12GB of RAM then that is something eating at the back of my brain.

Primarily the server is just a Standard install running file sharing and exchange, there are no SQL DB's and nothing running on the server. ooh there is a Kapersky Select AV (however the management console is installed on a separate 2008R2 server, so this is just the client software for fileservers)

Any advice please let me know

Tris
