SBS 2011 Standard comes to a halt every 150 hours

Hello,

I Have a SBS 2011 license with a physical and a virtual key.

I installated the physical machine with as less functions as possible,

it only runs HYPER-V in workgroup mode,

just to have as much memory and performance left for the virtual machine.

The virual machine is also installed but as it should be.

Every about 150 hours the physical machine comes to a halt with event id 1074

referring to SILSVC.EXE  telling that there is a license conflict (on the physical machine)

Must I make active directory and the DSN active to solve this shutting down,

or can i simply turn off the silsvc.exe service ?
