Exchange 2010 Public Folder Database becomes corrupt and doesnt mount every week

SBS 2011, Exchange 2010, Exchange SP installed, Best Practices Analyser run.

Approximately every week the Exchange Public Folder Database wont mount. If I try to mount it manually I get "At least one committed transaction log file is missing. Mounting this database will result in data loss". If I click on "yes to all" the operation fails. The transaction log files are in fact missing. Restoring the missing transaction log files or fixing the database using utilities will allow the database to mount but the same problem occurs in about a week. Different log files go missing each time. Only the Public Database is affected. No other issues with SBS at all.

Copied the contents of the Public Database to a user’s mailbox and have no problems so presumably it’s not the contents of the folders in the Public Database that's causing the problem.

Checked the server hardware and hard disks for errors but nothing obvious found.
I can’t see any events in the event logs immediately before the log files go missing that might be related to the files going missing.

Would appreciate assistance with this.
