SBS 2011 with really just 3 active users. One, the boss, has a HUGE mailbox, his pst is 25 gb.
Most (well maybe just a lot ) of his mail was in personal folders that were not syncing across the multiple devices he uses. ( 2 laptops ipad/ipad mini/ iphone. He needs constant access to the mail in those folders. Most of the attachments are moved to out
of outlook, stored on a network drive and available offline.
He moved the mail from the personal folders that didn't sync into sub folders in his malbox. Understandably this is causing a huge delay updating
store.exe is currently using 16 of 32gb of ram, and I can't let it continue. I currently have him off line and using owa, which seems to be fine.
Any suggestions on how I can go forward allowing him access to all the information he needs without losing any mail or causing huge problems with outlook?
