SBS 2011 Standard - Connect Computer wizard broken

I've just completed yet another SBS 2003 to SBS 2011 Standard migration and have a wee problem...

The migration has been completed (the SBS 2003 server is completely out of the picture now). The SBS 2011 server is fully patched (Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Exchange Server 2010 SP3, the latest SBS roll-up and all the other critical updates). I've resolved the few minor issues reported by the Best Practices Analyzer tool.

Now to my problem:

I ran the SBS 2011 Connect Computer wizard on a brand new computer (Windows 7 SP1).

The page at http://connect displays just fine - no problems there.

When you click the button on the http://connect page to start the Connect Computer wizard it returns the following error:

Server Error
404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

The URL displayed in the Internet Explorer address bar is http://connect/package/Launcher.exe

I checked that the files for the Connect Computer wizard exist on the server (they do), so I'm guessing it might be a permissions problem? Any ideas?

In the meantime I copied the Connect Computer package to a USB flash drive and ran it on the client computer - it worked just fine.
