I have an issue where a client uses remote web access to log in to their office computer via SBS server's remote work space access. Last week it was working fine and no server or infrastructure changes have been made since then.
As of yesterday she can get to the main remote access URL and enter her login details but after that we just get the rotating windows waiting circle and IE window goes grey as it waits. It continues to do this ad infinitum, not even receiving a timeout error. There is nothing in the event logs that is significant.
It seems that there must be some communication with the SBS server as it will inform you if password is incorrect. Also, I checked her login access, it is still allowed.
I tried a different browser and different computer (mine and hers, at 2 different locations). I rebooted the main office internet router and checked its settings. I carried out an IISreset, to no avail. I will perform a server reboot at the end of the business day but would appreciate any other help or ideas to fault find this.
Tks
