Apologies if this has been answered before, but I have searched Google for days and have still not been able to find a solution. Please bear with me as I am relatively new to this sort of thing.
I'm managing a Windows Small Business Server 2011 Standard and have a user who has complained about a strange issue with their mailbox. Currently, all the emails he is receiving are being put straight into the junk email folder in Outlook.
As far as I can tell, this is only happening to one user and I can't see where his profile would be any different to some one else's, yet everything I have tried so far has not fixed the issue.
So far, I have disabled junk email filtering in Outlook, disabled junk email in the exchange shell, made sure there are no updates for exchange in WSUS and made sure that there are no restrictions in the mail flow settings. No matter what I do, all the emails are still going directly to junk email folder and I have run out of ideas :(
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
