When opening anything to view in Queue Viewer I receive the following errors:

Exchange can't connect to the Microsoft Exchange Transport service on computer "SBSserver.domain.local" Verify that the service is started. The error message is: The remote procedure call failed It was running the command 'get-message -ResultSize '1000' -ReturnPageInfo $true -server 'SBSserver.domain.local' -SortOrder '+Size' =SerchForward $true -BookmarkObject $null -BookmarkIndex '-1' -IncludeBookmark $false'.
The Transport Service is running and not crashing. Email appears to be getting through (most of the time) however some senders outside the company reported email delivery reports of messages being delayed. Also I haven't found much of anything in event logs that would point me to a solution.
