I have the RC of Essentials up and running and it was working great for a week or two, now I have 3 services that refuse to remain started, and its affecting my dashboard. The first is "Windows Server Addins Infrastructure Service", second is "Windows Server Identity Management Service" and the third is "Windows Server Server Backup Service". So these of course, are reflecting in my dashboard. When I click the Users tab on the dashboard, none of my users show up. They are however still in the Active Directory in the server management console, but not showing up in the dashboard. I'm guessing this relates to the Identity service.
I also have my server scheduled to backup everyday at 6pm, however since the backup service refuses to start, all my backups fail. The Addins service I'm not even sure what it does, but I'm assuming it needs to be on for some of the SBS services to work.
So far this hasn't caused any major issues, other than backups. I can perform manual backups and my users can log in, but I'm not comfortable with these 3 services giving me problems.
Any suggestions? Other than restoring the backup I made right after installation? This backup doesn't have any computers or users added, so I'm afraid I'll run into user domain issues if I restore.
