SBS 2011 Standard "Configure Fax Service Wizard" has stopped working

Hi - have a recent install of a SBS-2011 Standard and trying to get my fax service up and running, but the Wizard stops working and give me the "check online for a solution -or- close the program" prompt.

I have a USR Robotics external modem installed, recognized under Device Manager, and showing up under SBS Console > Networking > Device tab. The fax "service" is starting OK. But when I click to "Configure the Fax Service" I get the stopped working pop-up.

I started the Console in Advanced mode and ran the "Repair the Fax Service", but never do get a successfully repaired type response, so not sure if that's actually working or not.

I'm attaching the FaxCW.log file that I captured prior to opening this thread. This is a bit above my current pay-grade in deciphering, so looking for any guidance on where to take this next, if anyone can assist...Thanks much.
